What Is It

With three new workouts each week, Blitz is designed for the individual who wants to strength train and improve their fitness but doesn’t have the time availability to commit to multiple sessions of both types of training every week.

Combining 35-40 minutes of whole-body strength training with 12-15 minutes of high intensity conditioning work, Blitz is designed to get you fitter, stronger and in better shape without having to commit to training 5-6 times a week.

How Does It Work

Sessions typically start with strength training, using a mixture of Barbell and Dumbbell work. The strength portion targets the whole body over the course of 35-40 minutes, utilizing many different methods to ensure an appropriate stimulus has been achieved to facilitate strength and hypertrophy adaptations.

Following this, a 12-15-minute, high intensity conditioning session is implemented. This conditioning work is mainly machine and bodyweight based and is designed to accommodate any level of fitness with multiple target options to choose from.

Who Is It For

Designed to suit anyone at any level, Blitz will ensure you get a full body workout at every session. All exercises are demoed and coached throughout the session with an emphasis on technique before applying more load. This workout is guaranteed to tick all the boxes for anyone looking to get the best of both strength and fitness training.
